Are you a Product Owner? Do you want to keep developing your knowledge and skills?
Then join our peergroup for POs! You are matched to 6 other POs and we meet 4 times a year to collectively look at our challenges and update our knowledge and skills. Group Effort has been running Peergroups for IT Leadership and they said that going through challenges together is very helpful for POs as well.
We start the morning by sharing challenges and tackling them collectively. After that, we work on knowledge sharing based on the subject most highly requested by the group. Often times this will be about stakeholders, managing your time, improving predictability of delivery etc.

The group is run by a coach that has done PO roles himself and now works with 70 Product Leaders in two countries. We do 2 groups for POs this year. Will we see you there?
