Hi! If you are looking for an authentic and enthusiastic moderator for your leadership development programs I might be the trainer for you. To me, coaching is helping others make measurable progress in a reasonable time. When you are working on yourself as a leader I'd be happy to be a mirror to help you see things you might have missed. And when you are ambitious and want to grow, we'll probably have a lot of fun working together!

- 14 years as sports coach (culminating in national rowing coach for Singapore at age 22)
- 5 years as Agile Coach
- 10 leadership peer groups for CPOs, Directors & VPs of product started in 2022.
- Other relevant experience
- As an entrepreneur: built and sold an IT platform in education in 5 years
- Worked as Scrummaster, PM & Agile-coach
- Presently shareholder in multiple companies
