Aim of the sales training:

Besides practical sales and communication training, the goal of this sales training is to offer each individual a tool that allows him or her to discover and develop his or her way of advising customers, an to develop his or her personal stile. In addition to classical sales techniques, in this seminar we work on our very own and individual way of advising and selling. This approach creates a stronger product and company identification.

Theoretical contents are made tangible through training. The sales training is designed interactively and has a high proportion of exercises. Of course, the sales training can be tailored to your needs.

Training+

That's why we offer all our trainings with Training+. Our concept, enables the participants to deepen and sustainably integrate the training content Training+ means: each of our trainings consists of four parts.

Part I - Preparation of the training with the participants
In the run-up to the training, we send questionnaires to all participants. The questionnaires are individually designed and, after evaluation, allow us to tailor the training to the needs and wishes of the participants.

Part II - The training
Whether in face-to-face or online format. In the second part, the actual training tailored to your wishes and needs takes place. All trainings can be conducted in multiple languages. If required, we will be happy to organize the appropriate interpreters. We will also be happy to organize the event rooms or a conference hotel if required.

Part III - Deepening individually
After approx. 2 - 3 weeks, each participant is given the opportunity to report on his or her experiences in an individual discussion (by telephone or video call) in order to develop targeted solutions together with the trainer and to deepen what has been learned.

Part IV - Deepening in the team
After another 2-3 weeks, we invite you to another large debriefing in the team (video call) for about 1 hour. The exchange in the large round, ensures that:

The topics do not get lost in the daily work routine.
The participants support each other with their experiences.
Open topics and questions can be solved and answered.

Just because we are no longer on site does not mean that we are not there for you -Training+.
