The goal of High Tech Institute and its training partners is to both deepen and widen the knowledge and skills of every participant. Nowadays, most products are developed by large teams, combining professionals from all disciplines. This requires them to be experts in their own field and at the same time understand enough of adjacent disciplines. Technical professionals also have to be genuine team players. That’s why we offer several courses on leadership and communication, aimed at working in and leading development teams.
You have years of experience as a systems architect and feel comfortable in this position. You are also familiar with the role of systems architect as covered it in our Sysarch training.
However, you feel that there is room for improvement. This combined training and coaching program will guide you in transitioning from a skilled systems thinker to an outstanding systems architect.

It's designed to give systems architects not only a sound and in-depth theoretical basis but also an opportunity to directly apply all the learnings in the projects owned by themselves. As a participant, you bring in your own ongoing project as real-time case. Each participant receives personalized, one-on-one coaching from our experienced trainer.

To maximize the benefits of the training, we encourage systems architects to bring their most challenging project. After all, smaller projects may receive less attention or risk being sidelined in the process.
This training is available for open enrollment as well as for in-company sessions. For in-company sessions, the Advanced systems architect(ing) training can be adapted to your situation and special needs.
