For everyone who wants to get to know the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe), Leading SAFe® is an ideal introduction to its basics. During the two-day training, participants will gain the necessary knowledge about the roles, principles, and methods of the Scaled Agile Framework and the approaches it contains, such as Lean Thinking, Agile Development, Product Development Flow, and DevOps.

Course participants gain insights into how to master business agility beyond agile software development to survive in competitive markets. You will also learn and practice the skills needed to support, execute, and coordinate multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) for PI Planning and other Events. The course participants learn theoretically and with practice the importance of a customer-centric orientation of the company and the Design Thinking approach for Agile Product Delivery.

You will experience what it means to create value by Agile Release Train for a Lean Portfolio. Also, you'll be able to support agile teams and programs, understand the DevOps culture, and build a Continuous Delivery Pipeline.

As a certified SAFe Agilist, you'll become a key leader for Agile Transformation and actively contribute to successful change.

Requirements

• Everyone is welcome, but we recommend the following prior knowledge:
