The aim of the intercultural training:
The goal of this training is to provide participants with the
knowledge and skills to interact more easily and purposefully with
people who bring different cultures and values.
In addition to proven scientific models, this training introduces
you to the newly developed and very practical model of the Culture
Trigger©. A methodology, which makes it possible to recognize
different values and norms in everyday life quickly, easily and
with a lot of fun.
Theoretical contents are made experiencable through training. The training is designed interactively and has a high amount of exercises.

Dealing with foreign cultures is becoming more and more
commonplace and yet it demands a lot from us and presents us with
many a puzzle.
Due to the variety of cultures represented in Germany today, it is
almost no longer possible to deal with individual cultures in order
to gain better access to people from these cultures. It is much
more important to quickly recognize the values and characteristics
of a foreign culture.
In this training we develop a general understanding of foreign
cultures.
We learn to quickly recognize social cultural characteristics,
so-called cultural triggers, and to derive certain basic structures
of a society that is foreign to us. We also learn to act with our
values in these cultures, which are foreign to us.

Training+
"Sometimes we need more than one impulse to implement newly
experienced and learned things in everyday life."
That is why we offer all our trainings with Training+. Our concept, enables the participants to deepen and lastingly integrate the training contents Training+ means: Each of our trainings consists of four parts.
Part I - Preparation of the training with the participants
In the run-up to the training, we send questionnaires to all
participants. The questionnaires are individually designed and,
after evaluation, allow us to tailor the training to the needs and
wishes of the participants.
Part II - The training
Whether in face-to-face or online format. In the second part, the
actual training tailored to your wishes and needs takes place. All
trainings can be conducted in multiple languages. If required, we
will be happy to organize the appropriate interpreters. We will
also be happy to organize the event rooms or a conference hotel if
required.
Part III - Deepening individually
After approx. 2 - 3 weeks, each participant is given the
opportunity to report on his or her experiences in an individual
discussion (by telephone or video call) in order to develop
targeted solutions together with the trainer and to deepen what has
been learned.
Part IV - Deepening in the team
After another 2-3 weeks, we invite you to another large debriefing
in the team (video call) for about 1 hour. The exchange in the
large round, ensures that:
The topics do not get lost in the daily work routine.
The participants support each other with their experiences.
Open topics and questions can be solved and answered.
Just because we are no longer on site does not mean that we are not there for you -Training+.
