Power Apps 4 Business People | 3 Half Day Training

During this 3 half days Power Apps training you will receive a solid foundation for developing business apps in Microsoft Office 365 and Dynamics 365 Business Central. The training is intended for business people with a bit of technical knowledge. After this training you will be able to make simple apps yourself that support you and your colleagues in your daily work. The training focusses on creating Canvas based Power apps, but also covers Model driven Power Apps.

The training consists of online instructor-led sessions in which you will build 2 apps.
The following Modules will be coverd: 

XPA101 - Power Platform and Power Apps – the big picture
​Brief introduction to Power Platform and the bigger picture of the ecosystem. Explanation of Power App types. Pros and cons of power Apps compared to native / hybrid code solutions. 

XPA102 - Canvas Power Apps Basics​
We'll start building our Canvas Power Application here. In this module we'll learn the basics of Power App studio and we'll create Main Menu for our app. 

XPA103 - Introduction to Data sources
In this module we'll explain the basics of Data Sources. Where does the data you use come from? And you will learn how to store your data very easy using Microsoft's Dataverse concept. 

XPA104 - Using Dataverse in Canvas App
​Here we'll use our Dataverse tables we've created in the previous module to manipulate the data in our Power App. In this module you're going to finish your first app 🎉 

XPA105 - Advanced features
In this module you will learn the basics of Model driven Apps to create applications consuming tables created in previous modules.
