The goal of High Tech Institute and its training partners is to both deepen and widen the knowledge and skills of every participant. Nowadays, most products are developed by large teams, combining professionals from all disciplines. This requires them to be experts in their own field and at the same time understand enough of adjacent disciplines. Technical professionals also have to be genuine team players. That’s why we offer several courses on leadership and communication, aimed at working in and leading development teams.
This one day training will help you to lead your technical project better in the future. Together we explore the drivers and detractors of your projects. Understanding those will be the foundation for your renewed effectiveness and efficiency.
Why would you need that? As a project manager you are constantly challenged: be faster, use less resources, be cheaper, be earlier on the market. This is typically something that makes your job feel rather exhausting and overwhelming. We will look into how you can get a new grip on your task and your team, whilst enjoying the ride on white waters rather than swallowing it!
