Content of the training

The Change Management Foundation e-learning helps you gain the fundamental skills and certification to be a successful Change Manager.

Change Management is associated with the effects and management of change; this is especially within organizations where change can have more impact. This qualification is based on the theory and application of change for the individual, change for the organization, communication and stakeholder engagement, and change management best practices. Once you have passed the Change Management Foundation, you can move on to the more advanced Change Management Practitioner certification.

Accreditation: The purpose of the Change Management Foundation certification is to certify that a candidate has sufficient knowledge and understanding of Change Management to work as an informal member of a team working on an organizational change initiative.

Foreknowledge and level

No formal requirements are required to start a Change Management Foundation e-learning.
The Change Management Foundation certification is also a prerequisite for the Change Management Practitioner certification.

Duration

The course is expected to take approximately 10-12 hours.

Exam Change Management Foundation

The exam is not included with this product, but it is available as an optional extra. If you want to take the exam, it is available online through remote proctor or onsite.
