In order for individual group members to become a team in the long run, it is necessary for each team member to participate in the common values and goals of the team. "Pulling together" is a much-used phrase when it comes to teamwork. However, in many cases it is not at all clear to the individual team members which rope to pull and in which direction. By working out and establishing common values and goals, this "rope" takes on a clear form and direction for all team members. This common approach also demands and promotes the commitment of the individual to his team and the company.

Aim of the training:

The training has two goals. First, we shed light on the individual motivation of each participant in relation to their task and also look at how the individual team member sees himself or herself integrated into the group. With this knowledge we can start to develop a common set of values and define common goals.

Secondly, we work in a very practical way, now defining principles of cooperation and daily actions. This second part, depending on the needs of the group, can be very much dedicated to the administrative approach, or in broad view to define certain principles. This approach has shown that participants feel a strong sense of belonging to the group and make the common goals their goals.

Theoretical content is made tangible through training. The training is designed to be interactive and has a high proportion of exercises. Of course, the training can be tailored to your needs.

Training+
"Sometimes we need more than one impulse to implement newly experienced and learned things in everyday life."

That's why we offer all our trainings with Training+. Our concept, enables the participants to deepen and sustainably integrate the training content Training+ means: each of our trainings consists of four parts.

Part I - Preparation of the training with the participants
In the run-up to the training, we send questionnaires to all participants. The questionnaires are individually designed and, after evaluation, allow us to tailor the training to the needs and wishes of the participants.

Part II - The training
Whether in face-to-face or online format. In the second part, the actual training tailored to your wishes and needs takes place. All trainings can be conducted in multiple languages. If required, we will be happy to organize the appropriate interpreters. We will also be happy to organize the event rooms or a conference hotel if required.

Part III - Deepening individually
After approx. 2 - 3 weeks, each participant is given the opportunity to report on his or her experiences in an individual discussion (by telephone or video call) in order to develop targeted solutions together with the trainer and to deepen what has been learned.

Part IV - Deepening in the team
After another 2-3 weeks, we invite you to another large debriefing in the team (video call) for about 1 hour. The exchange in the large round, ensures that:

The topics do not get lost in the daily work routine.
The participants support each other with their experiences.
Open topics and questions can be solved and answered.

Just because we are no longer on site does not mean that we are not there for you -Training+.
