"Het was een hele nuttige bijeenkomst. Ik had al het nodige gelezen over Holacracy, maar het bijwonen van een tactical en governance meeting gaven een tastbare invulling aan die theoretische kennis.
Roel was heel vriendelijk, behulpzaam en bekwaam en heeft bijna alle vragen kunnen beantwoorden die we maar konden verzinnen.
De sessie begon een uur later dan gepland, daardoor hadden we meer voorbereidingstijd en dat was waardevol, maar het was fijn geweest om te weten want nu liepen we behoorlijk uit.

For me some things felt a bit too basic yet I learned more about how things are connected and some new very helpful stuff I didn't know about, for example the statistics.
