Toen het werkte was het nog steeds slecht verstaanbaar. Daarnaast vond ik het moeilijk om de aandacht erbij te houden. Sommige onderwerpen waren 100% gericht op de Springest organisatie en voor buitenstaanders wat minder te volgen/interessant. "Debbie did a great job explaining what Holacracy is and how that works at Springest. We only had one hour so it felt a bit rushed yet Debbie had enough time to go through all slides and reply to questions from the participants. I really liked the presentation round in the beginning and hear the others' experience with Holacracy fo far. I followed this workshop after 2 months at Springest and contentwise there wasn't many new things for me but good clarifications and repetition. Looking forward to the 303 workshop for more depth. It was good that the participants were given plenty of time to work on their account settings and improve their products in the admin.
