"To understand Asana as the office communication tool is like learning a new language, so I feel like I needed to have grammar lessons (e.g. what is a task, what can you do with it), spelling lessons (e.g. linking tasks practically) and pronunciation lessons (e.g. how and when to let which people know there is progress, how to organise oneself with asana). All of these topics have been mentioned to the most appropriate extent considering the knowledge level, so I am very happy with getting the basic ideas thanks to Detmar, but I feel like it would have been helpful to separate these topics a little bit and to get from the abstract concept to the practical realisation (or the other way around). At first I was startled by the length, during the actual training it went by so quickly and I felt as if I wanted more. "The Selling for LA's training proved to be a very valuable and interesting course. By getting acquainted with various theories such as CAPA, LSD and DOCN (among others) we were forced to rethink our own sales skills and develop news ways of going about.

Nick is a very patient teacher who really creates a safe space during the lessons and is able to give everyone a feeling of importance.

"Dit was onze tweede Safari. Vorige keer zaten we in dezelfde ruimte als het overleg, nu zagen we het overleg op een scherm waardoor Anne Nynke veel uitleg kon geven aan alle aanwezigen. Zelf zijn wij al ruim een jaar met Holacracy bezig waardoor veel van deze informatie al bekend was, maar achteraf nam Anne Nynke ruim te tijd om vragen te beantwoorden en ervaringen te delen. "It was a fun and good training. The game is simple yet effective and can be a good source of training and inspiration for people that are focused on selling. Besides that it really forces you to be empathetic and that is a helpful thing to be able to do.
