"Robert was not just introducing into a range of techniques to own the conversation, but also into the mindset of a routined sales-person. He pointed to the problems and involved his audience charmingly. With a very well structured presentation he made me crave for more sales-workshops, thank god I don't have to spend money on them (yet).

"Just watched it for the second time and I learned even more. The topic is a very broad one, but Rik manages to connect the dots.
He directs the attention swiftly to the points interesting to the non-techies, in whatever function they are working at Springest.
I do miss a clear definition of what the product exactly is (is it the templates or the data). The topic might also be easier to grasp if you separated more clearly between brand/marketing and content. " - 26.06.2018 12:46
