The ORSC Fundamentals course benefits any experienced coach who is interested in expanding their coaching skills.

Participants come from diverse backgrounds including personal, Agile, executive and organisational coaches, leaders and managers, HR, L&D and therapists.

Content

What will you learn

Master the essentials of Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) with the ORSC Fundamentals course. You have the choice of attending this course as a standalone workshop or combining it with the ORSC Intermediate course.

The Fundamentals course is your entry point into the world of ORSC, putting you on a track to the ORSC Intermediate level and the CRR Global ORSC Coaching Certification program.

This two-day workshop gives you a solid understanding of this ground-breaking coaching system. You will discover the five key ORSC tools, which you can immediately apply to your work. These tools are:

• Coaching the ‘third entity’: Exerting power and influence over relationships
• Designing partnership alliances: Building co-responsibility
• Alignment skills: Setting boundaries without losing sight of common interests
• Deep democracy: What roles can teach you about relationships
• Creating a relationship myth: Shaping a meaningful narrative for change

Training days

ORSC Fundamentals is a two-day course. You are required to do a practical coaching session with a relationship/partnership as a homework assignment for the first evening of the course. This means coaching a relationship of your choice, consisting of at least two individuals. You may choose to coach two business partners, colleagues, siblings, friends or a couple as long as they have an existing relationship. This 45-minute appointment should be arranged prior to the start of the course. The leaders will give you more detailed information about this assignment during the first day of the course.

Since this course is based on a daily rate, you are not required to stay at the venue overnight. However, you are free to stay in the hotel. If you would like to book one or more overnight stays at the venue and/or dinners, please contact the venue directly. Competence will not book your overnight stays and/or dinners.

This course is delivered by Competence, part of Schouten & Nelissen: licensed partner for ICF-accredited international programs in the field of Coaching & Leadership.

The maximum group size for the training course is 26 participants.

By completing the ORSC Fundamentals (CRR Global - English) course, you qualify for 12 ICF Continuous Coaching Education Units (CCEUs).

Certificate

At the end of the ORSC Fundamentals (CRR Global - English) training, you will receive a certificate which shows that you participated in a 12-hour coach training. This certificate gives access to the ORSC™ Intermediate course, the next level of the ORSC™ curriculum. The ICF has stipulated that you cannot miss more than one hour of an ICF-accredited course.

Training course

The price of the training course is € 995,00 (excl. 21% VAT).

Do you pay the invoice yourself? Then you automatically get a beneficial advantage. No 21% VAT will be charged. The price will then be € 995,00.

Package deal

If you register for the Fundamentals and Intermediate course at once, you will receive a 10% discount on the total price of the training courses. Payment method

You or your organization will receive a digital invoice from Competence Training Institute – a Schouten & Nelissen company, which can be paid via bank transfer. Or use the payment link in the email for an internet or credit card payment (Mastercard or Visa). Please ensure that payment is made within 30 days of the invoice date and at the latest before the first day of class.

Facility costs

The price for the use of the accommodation, coffee/tea, and a varied lunch varies depending on the country where the course is held:

Netherlands: € 200,00 (excl. VAT)
Germany: € 220,00 (excl. VAT)
Switzerland: € 300,00 (excl. VAT)
