Certified Scrum Product Owner CSPO® (English)

On the one hand, CSPO training is about understanding and experiencing the basics and flow of Scrum. This includes the people in the Scrum Team and their responsibilities, then the artifacts and how they are used to represent ongoing or completed work and create value for the customer, and finally the events that create a recurring flow and bring clarity and structure to the work in a team: always with the aim of delivering value.
Furthermore, the CSPO training focuses on the product owner and his responsibility for collaboration in the Scrum Team and with stakeholders, but also sole authority for product backlog management. In a simulation, we go through the product life cycle from user interviews to working with the product backlog, as well as creating an increment and collecting new ideas for product improvement in reviews.
The training conveys the theory and the background, always supplemented by concrete application in the context of exercises and simulations, expanded by discussion about specific work situations.

The training is led by  Anja Stiedl , Certified Scrum Trainer (CST ® ) and Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC TM ). Anja has been self-employed since 2000 and therefore constantly experiences the ultimate responsibility of product owners. She has been offering product owner training since 2016 and has accompanied product owners in mentoring programs to become Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO ® ) and Certified Scrum Professional – Product Owner (CSP-PO ® ) since 2021.
