What characterizes an Advanced Certified ScrumMaster?

The Advanced Certified ScrumMaster, A-CSM for short, is proficient in Scrum, can lead a Scrum team in the role of ScrumMaster and teach others in Scrum. They understand the background and can drive change in their multi-team environment. They know the core competencies of a ScrumMaster in the areas of moderation, coaching and training and have applied these in appropriate situations at their workplace. A-CSMs know advanced techniques to support their product owners, developers and the organization in their transformation. They know their own weaknesses and strengths and are aware of their personal development and improvement plan.

What do we do in this A-CSM program?

The participants work through the learning topics according to the learning objectives defined by the Scrum Alliance, supported by the material provided, further literature and the entire world of the Internet. We meet at regular intervals in mentoring sessions to review what we have learned, adapt it and expand and deepen it in challenging discussions. After meeting the learning objectives and all other requirements, participants receive the A-CSM certificate from the Scrum Alliance.

Who runs this program?

This mentoring program is offered and carried out by Anja Stiedl .

Anja is a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) , Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) and Certified Team Coach (CTC) . She is also a Path to CSP educator and served the agile community as a member of the CTC review team. Since 2017 she has been an ICAgile authorized trainer for ICP, ICP-ATF, ICP-ACC, ICP-LEA and ICP-PDV.
Anja supports organizations in adapting to rapidly changing markets and in the transformation to agile and self-organizing ways of working. She accompanies leaders and individuals on their learning journey to build the knowledge and skills required and in demand for their new role and new understanding of collaboration.
