Day 1:
  • Introduction to Scrum: The Scrum framework and its values, principles, and roles.
  • Scrum Theory: The theory behind Scrum and how it is used to manage complex product development.
  • The Product Owner Role: The responsibilities of the Product Owner, including creating a product vision, developing a product backlog, and working with the Scrum Team.
  • Product Vision: How to create and communicate a clear and compelling product vision that aligns with organizational goals.
  • Product Backlog: How to create and manage a product backlog, including techniques for prioritization, refinement, and estimation.
  • User Stories: How to write effective user stories that capture the needs and expectations of stakeholders.
  • Acceptance Criteria: How to define acceptance criteria that ensure that each user story is completed according to the Product Owner's expectations.

Day 2:
