With the necessary intercultural competence you will master the top class - sales in an international environment.

This training has two main focuses:

First, you will learn to quickly recognize and respond to important values and norms of other cultures in a business context. On the other hand, you will learn to adapt your sales style to different cultures without bending or even denying yourself. With the Culturetrigger© method you will be able to recognize the fine but important nuances of other cultures and values and deal with them in a flexible way.

This training can of course be tailored to your needs with a country or regional focus.

Aim of the intercultural sales training:

In this training you will learn to recognize the cultural nuances which can be crucial, especially in a business context and to react to them accordingly.
In addition, we develop an international business approach, which allows you to act confidently and sovereign on every floor.

In addition to proven scientific models, this training introduces you to the newly developed and very practical model of culture triggers©. A methodology, which makes it possible to recognize different values and norms in everyday life quickly, easily and with a lot of fun.

Theoretical contents are made tangible through training. The training is designed interactively and has a high proportion of exercises. Of course, the training can be adapted to your needs.

Does a yes really always mean yes?
How should I value a "no" from my business partner and how do I deal with indifferent statements?
Of course, we also look at basic cultural characteristics in individual countries and regions and deal with real no-go's of different cultures.

We develop our individual style in order to be successful on the international stage.

Training+
"Sometimes we need more than one impulse to implement newly experienced and learned things in everyday life."

That's why we offer all our trainings with Training+. Our concept, enables the participants to deepen and sustainably integrate the training content Training+ means: each of our trainings consists of four parts.

Part I - Preparation of the training with the participants
In the run-up to the training, we send questionnaires to all participants. The questionnaires are individually designed and, after evaluation, allow us to tailor the training to the needs and wishes of the participants.

Part II - The training
Whether in face-to-face or online format. In the second part, the actual training tailored to your wishes and needs takes place. All trainings can be conducted in multiple languages. If required, we will be happy to organize the appropriate interpreters. We will also be happy to organize the event rooms or a conference hotel if required.

Part III - Deepening individually
After approx. 2 - 3 weeks, each participant is given the opportunity to report on his or her experiences in an individual discussion (by telephone or video call) in order to develop targeted solutions together with the trainer and to deepen what has been learned.

Part IV - Deepening in the team
After another 2-3 weeks, we invite you to another large debriefing in the team (video call) for about 1 hour. The exchange in the large round, ensures that:

The topics do not get lost in the daily work routine.
The participants support each other with their experiences.
Open topics and questions can be solved and answered.

Just because we are no longer on site does not mean that we are not there for you -Training+.
