Furthermore, you will learn how to build agile high-performance teams and develop servant leaders and coaches to achieve maximum value creation. Your certification as a SAFe® 5 Scrum Master (SSM) qualifies you to assume the role in a SAFe® environment and guide teams and organizations in SAFe® implementation. The required Scrum Master online seminar also provides significant value to participants as it guides them through the SAFe concepts.

Skills you will learn:

- The Product Owner manages a Product Backlog, which includes customer requests (executable work).
- The team, under the guidance of the Product Owner, decides on the items from the Product Backlog to accept and determines a way to deliver the work by the end of the Sprint, based on their expertise.
- Collaborative work is performed during the Sprints.
- The Scrum Master takes care of the team on a daily basis, addressing any impediments. Throughout the entire Sprint, they provide leadership.
- Regular Sprint Reviews are conducted at the end of each Sprint.
- The process continues iteratively and continuously until all work is placed in the Product Backlog.
