  • You will practice your moderation skills by using interactive practical exercises.

Methodology

Our online-presence-trainings are interactive and modular and follow the neuroscientific findings of brain-friendly learning.

The seminar participants experience different learning steps with many interactions, in which they are involved, work on topics, interact with each other and are accompanied by short, concise input phases of the trainers. Experience and experience orientation are in the foreground in our online presence training.

  • Can I do exercises and group work in the virtual classroom?
  • Virtual moderation – basics
  • Technical requirements, tools – and technical challenges
  • Promote individual participation and interaction among participants

  • Visualizations such as videos, foils, whiteboards, flipcharts etc. v. m.
  • Overview of moderator functions for online meetings and webinars with Ylync, WebEx, GoToMeeting, GoToTraining, Zoom

Employees, managers, project employees who regularly moderate online meetings; Trainers who want to use virtual meetings / virtual classrooms in addition to classroom training

Goals

In our online-presence-training “Professional moderating of online meetings”, participants learn how to plan and conduct online meetings / webinars in order to optimally activate their participants. They learn how to use online meetings to convey knowledge and promote virtual collaboration. The participants learn about methods and virtual tools in order to guide them efficiently and efficiently through online meetings. You will get an overview of how to accompany the phases of online training in a virtual classroom as a moderator and thus achieve the best possible knowledge transfer.

Duration

  • 5 x 2 hour intensive training with top-class coach
  • The training is carried out within 2-3 weeks.

Training preparation

One week before the start of the training, you will receive special training preparation materials as well as an invitation with the login data for our LMS (Learn-Management-System). Based on specific questions about your current situation as well as your personal goals and expectations, you can optimally prepare for the training.

The trainer is focused to your industry and your concrete practical examples.
