OVERVIEW

This TOGAF®  EA Training – Foundation & Practitioner Combined Course is based on the latest version of TOGAF and will help you to prepare to take The Open Group's Combined Part 1/2 examination leading to the TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture  Practitioner qualification. The TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Practitioner certification provides validation that an individual has the knowledge, comprehension, and ability to analyze and apply the TOGAF® Standard to developing, sustaining, and using an Enterprise Architecture.

This course includes all topics examinable but candidates should be aware that these are not covered in detail and additional study is required.

This course will cover all the Learning outcomes examinable;

at the Foundation level, including:

• The concepts of Enterprise Architecture and the TOGAF Standard
• The key terminology of the TOGAF standard
• The Architecture Development Method (ADM) cycle and the objectives of each phase, and how to adapt and scope the ADM for use
• The techniques available to support application of the ADM
• Applying the ADM, including use of iteration, partitioning, and application in a Digital enterprise
• How Architecture Governance contributes to architecture development
• Architecture content – the outputs produced while executing the ADM

And at the Practitioner level, including:

• The context within which an Enterprise Architecture practitioner must operate
• How to apply the stakeholder management technique
• How to implement The Architecture and Development Method (ADM)
• How to implement Architecture change management
• How to manage the architecture requirements
• How to use The Open Group Library
• How to support the ADM work with applicable techniques
• Using architecture levels to organize the Architecture Landscape

CERTIFICATION

The course prepares candidates for sitting;

• The TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Part 1 Exam
• • Closed-book format, multiple-choice question exam (60 minutes)
  • Passing score is 60% (24 out of 40 questions)
• The TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Part 2 Exam
• • Open-book format, multiple-choice question exam (90 minutes), using an online version of the TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Body of Knowledge.
  • The passing score is 60% (24 out of 40 questions)

An examination voucher is provided as part of this course, delegates are required to self register at a time and location that is convenient to themselves.
